Job Description:

• Tackle HVAC projects with precision and expertise.

• Perform high-quality repairs, maintenance, and assist with installations.

• Ensure HVAC systems meet and exceed industry standards and regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Utilize your knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system issues.

• Collaborate with team members, service managers, and customer service representatives for effective communication and coordination.

• Maintain accurate documentation of HVAC assessments, repairs, and maintenance tasks.

• Prioritize customer satisfaction by explaining services, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations for safe HVAC installations and repairs.

• Assessing Systems for replacement and upgrades

Qualifications and Skills:

• The ability to look a Customer in the Eye

• The ability to smile and be positive and Upbeat

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, operations, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing complex HVAC issues and presenting effective solutions.

• Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to customers and team members

• Effective time management to complete tasks efficiently and meet customer expectations.

• Safety-conscious mindset, adhering to safety protocols, regulations, and best practices.

• Customer-centric approach, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and excellent customer service.
